The Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School District is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for BID 2025-01 Hot Mix Asphalt Paving Project. Base bid (Larkin Cottage Parking Lot) to include 60,116sqft parking lot expansion; Alt. 1 (South Campus Roadway) to include 4,974sqft roadway expansion; Alt. 2 (South Campus Student Parking Lot) to include 57,063sqft parking lot expansion. Project to start in August, 2024, and be completed by October 31, 2024. Complete specifications found in the bid packet. OSHA Certification; 5% Bid Bond; 50% Payment Bond upon award of contract required. Prevailing Wages Apply.
