Dear ENSATS Community,
This week was supposed to be our 2nd annual Kindness Week. We have been working for several months to plan an exciting week that would be even better than last year. While we are so disappointed that we can’t be together and have our week go as planned, we rallied to come up with a way to have a virtual kindness week.
To start please view this Kindness Week 2020 Kickoff Message from Officer Chase.
There are a few ways for you to participate:
- Create a kind message for your peers and post it to our Kindness Week 2020 Padlet page. Faculty and Administration have already posted some messages to get started. Let’s see how many we can add!
- Practice an act of kindness! Do something nice for a family member or neighbor (while practicing social distancing of course!) Post of photo of your act of kindness on social media and tag us @essexnorthshore and use the hashtags #hawkskindnessweek and #onebostonday or post your photo to the Kindness Week 2020 Padlet page
- Send a thank-you note or thank-you email to someone important in your life. Could be a parent, teacher, relative, friend…anyone who you’d like to thank for all the things they do for you.
If you would like to learn more about Kindness Week and why it is so important at Essex Tech, please watch Officer Chase’s Kindness Week 2019 presentation.
We would love for all our hawks to participate, even in a small way, to help us make Kindness Week 2020 happen and show your Hawk Pride.
We miss you and can’t wait to see you.
Officer Chase, Ms. Riccio, and Ms. Donnelly
