Concerns over the sale of electronic smoking devices to minors have led to an investigation by the Attorney General’s Office, Maura Healey announced today. Referred to as the “iPhone” of vaping devices because of their tech sleek appearance, JUULs can be easily concealed. School officials agree that vaping has become a disruption. JUUL and other e-cigarette companies are under investigation to determine if they are in violation of state laws and regulations including failure to prevent minors from purchasing these products.
