Maple Street Bistro & Bakery

The Maple Street Bistro & Bakery is a student-run facility with fresh food prepared daily.

Our Bistro has a different menu daily, which includes a soup, salad, sandwich, and a few entree selections to choose from. All items are made from scratch and prepared on-site daily. The Bistro allows our students the opportunity to run a full-functioning upscale restaurant. The students run all aspects of the Bistro, from prepping food, baking, cooking, grilling, expo, wait-staff, cooking on the line, and even the dish room. We look forward to serving your lunch soon!

The Bakery has fresh baked goods for sale! Fresh out-of-the-oven bread and rolls which are so good, you’ll keep coming back for more! We also have freshly baked pies, cookies, cakes, brownies, sandwiches, salads, and more that are offered daily. Our items sell out fast and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Bistro & Bakery Hours: 
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (unless otherwise noted) from 11:15 am to 12:15 pm.
