Essex Tech received a $5000 grant from Lowe’s Toolbox for Education Program as part of Lowe’s Charitable and Education Foundation (LCEF). The mission of LCEF is to improve the communities served in having a positive impact on the lives of Lowe’s customers, neighbors and employees.
The grant was awarded to Essex Tech to use specifically towards the Orchard Planting Project which will commence during late summer 2018 on the school campus.
Toolbox Education grants are reserved for approved school improvement projects that can be completed within one year of the grant award.
Essex Tech is proud to be the recipient of the Lowe’s grant and excited to begin the school’s Orchard Planting project!
